At YOUR ROOM treehouse, you can store your luggage at the facility from 11:00 on the check-in date until 11:00 on the check-out date.

*Check-in is from 3:00 PM on the day!

Information on advance luggage storage

As this facility operates an unmanned system, guests will need to deposit their luggage at the facility themselves. Please check the three-digit key number that will be sent to you by email the day before check-in, and use the white door (luggage storage) to the right of your room number.

⚫︎As the advance luggage storage is an unmanned system, please be careful not to use the wrong room number and smart key.

⚫︎Please be sure to adhere to the usage hours (11:00 on the day of check-out - 11:00 on the day of check-out).

*We are unable to store luggage after check-out as guests are given priority.

*The facility will not take any responsibility for any troubles such as lost or stolen luggage. Please manage your luggage yourself.

Baggage drop-off procedure

The day before check-in, we will send you a 3-digit key number to open your personal luggage locker. Please be sure to check it.

After 11:00 on the day of check-in, please enter the 3-digit key number and the OPEN mark on the smart key panel located on the white door (luggage storage) next to your room number. Please be careful not to enter the wrong room number. *Check-in is from 3:00 PM on the day of check-in.

Please manage your luggage yourself after leaving it. We cannot store luggage after check-out. The facility cannot be held responsible for theft or loss if the luggage is left unlocked.
