【Long-Term Reservations】

This refers to stays of 7 consecutive nights or more, regardless of the number of rooms used.

・Cancellation of 1 or more nights total

 

【Group Reservations】

This refers to stays where 3 or more rooms are used on the same dates, regardless of the total number of nights.

Additionally, if the reservation includes use of “YOUR ROOM treehouse KUMAMOTO,” it refers to stays where 2 or more rooms are used, or where the total number of rooms used (including other facilities) is 3 or more.

・Cancellation of 2 or more rooms total

 

Cancellations under the above conditions will incur the following cancellation fees:

※If partial cancellations are made in multiple installments, the following rules apply based on each cancellation date.

 

① Cancellation 31 days or more prior to the stay date

② Cancellation 30 to 21 days prior to the stay date　　　　　　　　　

65% of the total accommodation fee 

③ Cancellation between 20 and 11 days prior to the stay date

75% of the total accommodation fee

④ Cancellation between 10 and 4 days prior to the stay date, or cancellation on the day of arrival

80% of the total accommodation fee

⑤ Cancellation 3 days or less prior to the stay date, or failure to arrive without notice

100% of the total accommodation fee
