Q What time can I check in?
A We have a check-in tablet available, so you can check in anytime after 3 PM without needing to notify us beforehand.
Also, if you will be arriving later than your scheduled check-in time, there is no need to contact the facility.
Please take care on your way here.
Q Can I check in before 15:00?
Also, is it possible to keep my luggage?
A We sincerely apologize, but because our facility is an apartment hotel equipped with various facilities including a kitchen, cleaning and maintenance are carried out until 3 PM. Therefore, we ask all guests to check in after 3 PM.
Also, for the same reason, we are unable to store your luggage. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Therefore, we recommend using the coin lockers located at Kumamoto Station. Please consider this option.

Q When will I receive the information needed for check-in?
A After completing your reservation, you will receive an email titled "Request for Guest Information Input" at the email address registered on the reservation site.
Please register the guest information of all guests via the My Page URL provided in the email.
After registration is complete, a QR code/check-in code will be issued for use at check-in.
This code can be found on My Page and in the "Check-in Information" email sent after registration.
The QR code/check-in code will also be sent to you by email around 10:00 AM the day before check-in.

Q What are the amenities?
A: We provide bath towels, hand towels, toothbrush sets, shampoo, treatment, body soap, and hand soap. Generally, amenities are only prepared for the first night, but if you are staying multiple nights and would like additional amenities such as bath towels, please contact us in advance.
Q What kind of kitchen utensils do you have?
A Disposable tableware/IH heater/microwave/refrigerator/electric kettle/frying pan/pot/knife/cutting board/can opener & corkscrew/wrap & foil/colander, bowl, ladle, and other tools are available.
Seasonings include salt and pepper/salad oil.
Also, you are free to bring your own items within the house rules, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Q What kind of laundry products do you have?
The room is equipped with a washing machine, laundry detergent (with fabric softener), hangers, a clothes dryer with clothespins, and a bathroom dryer. Please feel free to use them.
Q Do you have pajamas and yukata?
A We are very sorry, but we do not prepare pajamas or yukata.
It is possible to bring your own, so please bring your own.
Q Can I watch video apps such as YouTube in my room?
A Yes, you can.
YouTube, TVer, Amazon music, Prime Video, Also, Hulu and Netflix are available only with your own account.If you log in with your own account, be sure to log out.
Please note that content that requires payment cannot be viewed.
For Prime Video, you cannot log in with your own account, so please enjoy it with the account of this facility.
Q Can I go out freely after checking in?
A Yes, after check-in, you can enter and exit your room as many times as you like until check-out.
We will provide you with an electronic key code, so you won't need a physical key to open and close the door, making it easy for your companions to enter and exit as well.
Instructions on how to open and close the door are posted on the door, so please check them.
Q Can I set off fireworks on the premises?
A Please refrain from setting off fireworks on the YOUR ROOM premises. Please also note that fireworks are prohibited in parks and parking lots in Japan.
Q Can I get a receipt?
A If you wish, we will issue an electronic receipt that you can download from the URL yourself. Also, depending on the reservation site, you can issue a receipt on the site.
If it is not possible to issue it, please contact us as we will prepare an electronic receipt at this facility.
