Regarding the cancellation fee waiver policy:

Cancellation fees will be waived in the following cases.
※Please note that decisions may be made on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances.
[Cases where cancellation fees are waived]
① When the guest themselves has a serious and sudden illness requiring hospitalization, and a doctor's certificate can be submitted.
② When the guest is unable to stay due to the death of an immediate family member (within the third degree of kinship).
(A copy of the death certificate, burial certificate, or funeral notice must be submitted.)
③ During a natural disaster.
(If public transportation or your planned means of transportation is unavailable on the check-in date due to the disaster. Proof of transportation disruption must be submitted. The extent and circumstances of the disaster will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.)
[Cases where cancellation fees are not waived]
① Cancellations for reasons other than those listed in [Cases where cancellation fees are waived] above.
② Changes to the check-in date (postponement) or changes to the number of guests (reduction) after the free cancellation period has expired.
③ Within the period specified in the long-term/group cancellation policy, excluding the standard cancellation policy of each booking site.
【Please Note】Refunds for cancellation fees cannot be processed without the following procedures:
① Please ensure cancellation procedures are completed by the check-in date. No-shows without cancellation are not eligible. Either cancel via your reservation confirmation page or contact the booking site's help center.
② Please contact our facility regarding the applicable reason by the check-in date. Notifications made after the day following the check-in date cannot generally be accepted.
③ For cancellations due to itinerary changes related to the applicable items, please consult our facility regarding the details before canceling. Depending on the circumstances, we will handle it appropriately, and refund eligibility may vary. Please understand.
④ If there is a member of your group who is unable to stay and falls under the exemption category, please note that any partial refund will be the amount of the "additional charge" added to the basic rate for each room, regardless of the price displayed per person on the booking site.
